"I find that I function so much better in my own space when I have made my bed in the morning or rearranged and cleared the air in a room. And making my bed each morning is indeed a ritual for me. I feel "off" if I haven't made my bed for the day for what ever reason. The process of this ritual is like meditation for me. It grounds me and I am mindful of the detail throughout the process. It also allows me to clear any negative thoughts or problems I may have on my mind. The opening provides me with the space I need to find solutions to issues I may be dealing with at the time."
